Rental Rates Parish Centre

 


 

 


Main Hall
(seats 300 at tables)



  • $150.00 for the first 3 hours, $25.00 each additional hour
    *Minimum 3 hours rental charge

  • $150.00 flat rate for Funeral lunches

  • $350.00 full day, 9:00 AM to 3:00 AM

  

Meeting Room #1
(seats 75 at tables)



  • $15.00 per hour
    *Minimum 3 hours rental charge

  • $125.00 full day, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM       

  
Meeting Room #2
(seats 36 at tables) 

  • with couches $15.00/hour
    with tables & chairs only $20.00/hour
    Minimum 3 hours rental charge
    $100.00 full day, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

 *Meeting Rooms #1 & #2 have a retractable wall between them, which can be opened up to accommodate 100 people.


*A damage deposit of $150.00 will be required up front for functions where alcohol is being served.


*The kitchen will not be available for rent, other than as a servery.


*Parish Centre will not be available for rent for functions, other than for use by the parish, before 12:00 Noon on Sundays.


*Rental agreement is to be signed by potential renters, details yet to be determined.


*Parish groups and parish programming will not be charged             for use of the parish centre.

Weekday Mass Schedule
Monday - Friday, time of day according to the weekly bulletin. In the event of a funeral, the daily Mass may be cancelled.
April -- October: 8:00 a.m. or 7:00 p.m. November -- March 8:30 a.m. or 7:00 p.m.

Moms 'n Tots

Weekly drop-in social time between 9:30 -- 11:30 am every Thursday morning at the Parish Centre. Coffee's on and the toys are waiting for the little ones!

Youth Mass

All Youth invited to participate in our monthly Youth Mass on the fourth Sunday of each month @ 11:00 am.

Diocesan Congress Day

All parishioners are invited to a day with Bishop Don Bolen on Saturday March 10, 2012, from 10:00 am -- 3:30 pm at the Parish Centre of St. Augustine Church in Humboldt, SK. No charge, but pre-registration required by Friday March 2, 2012. Topics to be addressed:
• Marriage trends and ministry
• Evangelization and the upcoming Year of Faith
• The Truth and Reconciliation Commission's upcoming national event  June 21-24 in Saskatoon
* Day ends with the Eucharist presided by Bishop Don Bolen
